Fast, friendly, and helpful.
Completely awful. Refused to listen to me when I said over and over that I cannot afford the $625/month for what they wanted to prescribe me. Called me over and over after I told them I can't do it. They explained to me what they could do to help me afford it, but their only choices still cost me way more than I can afford to pay. Absolutely refused to understand me when I said OVER AND OVER that I can't pay up front and get reimbursed either. I can't afford $625, I can't afford $125. I can't even afford $25.
