HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been on hold for 45 minutes. My first experience with this company and definitely my LAST! They tell you to get faster service by chatting but no one answers. I went to a new dr. and she asked me if I wanted to use Capsule and it sounded good but you can't get 90 day refills and apparently you can't even get in contact with them.
Here is another 0 star review. I am dropping Capsule immediately and going back to Walgreens. Capsule is unreliable, difficult to reach and full of excuses. If you are thinking about using Capsule I suggest you run as fast as possible to another pharmacy. What started out as a good idea has morphed into a nightmare for customers.
I have been a Capsule client for about one year. The service was OK, with a few lateness here and there. But the services has gone down hill. Cancer meds not delivered for three days since the order was placed. No communication other than "WE ARE SORRY FOR NOT COMMUNICTING SOONER" DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you want to live?
Here's another NO STAR review: Capsule used to be 5 stars. Now they are ZERO. Read this and you will see how they lost the stars. I see there are many One Star reviews. If my medicine doesn't show up tomorrow, I am going to file a notice with the STATE! Twice now, Capsule Pharmacy has delayed delivery for more than one day. For a pharmacy, this is outrageous. They started out great many years ago and as a doctor I recommended them to all my patients and even advocated to investors. Now, years later with growth, they have gone from great to really bad. Patients and doctors are better off using other pharmacies. As a doctor I do not have time for their unnecessary calls asking intrusive questions that benefit no-one and delay prescriptions and cause patients anxiety. I have never written a negative review on GOOGLE,only glowing ones because it is so easy to complain, but my experience with Capsule has been so erratic and upsetting I had to write. I have had delays in prescription delivery (frequent) non communication from them about problems with a given rx, and I have had to have my prescriber call them at least 4 times to straighten things out.
