I do NOT recommend these capsule fillers. The top holder is suppose to be firmly pressed down over the spring loaded bottom holder, and the two snap the capsules together. However this did not work for me. I couldn't do it manually either. And I can't get my money back. Just letting you know.
It was my error with respect to the email address used to order that caused the confusion. I can’t figure out how to delete original review. Very sorry for confusion. Still, I think there should be alternative means by which a vendor can verify a transaction, especially one to their benefit, besides just the email address. Phone numbers, shipping address, etc. would have offered some clarity.
