I had a great experience with Capstone Works. They were very prompt in responding to my questions & issues.They are very professional, punctual, & knowledgeable Daniel BlumenTritt went out of his way to help me out. He even called CrystalPM & got a IT support person over the call to fix the issues. I highly recommend Capstone Works for IT support.

Capstone is my company's IT support, and they've been great!. Daniel was able to get all my printers up and running. A task that few have been able to accomplish in the past. Brian has also been incredibly quick and helpful whenever any issue has arose.

Had to work with them as a vendor of one of their clients and was really impressed with how they were able to get things to work out with our software that I'm not even sure they had encountered before. When I was briefly frustrated by the procedure Daniel was able to explain the security reasons for why things were being done deliberately and cautiously, without making me feel dumb for not knowing how it worked, and in the end they got everything set up the way we needed it.
