John and Charlie did a fantastic install job and follow up . We have had our new windows for 12 months and love them.
This is the second time we’ve used Capstone for new windows in our rentals. I would highly recommend them as a company and for the high quality products they install. The associates are knowledgeable and very patient in working through all the options and explaining the upsides and potential downsides of each. The installation was very smooth with no complaints from any of the tenants. And they followed up to make sure final product quality met their high standards. Again- I would highly recommend!
Everyone from the consultation to the install tax were super professional, very friendly very informative could not have had a better experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic product and top notch service! Kevin’s work is exemplary; neat, clean, and precise. Charlie was onsite everyday providing supervision and guidance, assuring I was completely satisfied. Everything went smoothly and turned out far better than I could possibly have imagined. My windows are gorgeous!
