At first they were very cordial. Had a nice chat with the office scheduler. Then an estimator reached out to me. I sent them videos of my basement. Then silence. A few days later they reached back and said they would have to come see the basement. They then randomly said if a Monday was available without asking me what my schedule could accommodate.
