Not a good experience for the closing of our home. You’d think in a bad market, title companies would actually go above and beyond with service. Not this title company. From phone interactions to the day of our closing, they fell below expectations. To tell you that they didn’t even offer us water on the day of our closing. Berkshire Hathaway should probably reconsider their relationship with this title company. Very kind service
Very incompetent. Caused so much unnecessary stress. You will regret it if you do business with this company. I have never had such a poor experience with a title company. They didn’t even ensure all the paperwork was sent to the office they had us close at. They aren’t responsive to calls and emails and simply not worth the added stress during an already stressful time.
The woman on the phone was extremely rude an unhelpful. If you tell someone that your husband passed away very recently, you would expect that person to be a little understanding if you get a little frustrated instead of yelling at you for your tone of voice.
Christy and Stephanie were so helpful in closing on our home. Any time I called up there and had questions they were always very nice and explained to me everything we needed to know. Thanks again.
