I’m extremely disappointed with the title company. We were supposed to close on April 25th, but due to their lack of preparation, that wont happen. They failed to send me the necessary information in time, which prevented me from completing the process with the notary overseas. I would not recommend using this company for any future closings. I would recommend using another title company. It took me driving 2 hours to get my escrow check. They said the check and my documents were mailed. (Nothing has been received) I deli with Kimberly. She gave fake nice vibes. I also asked for my documents. She then handed me a folder and said all the documents that were sent via mail or enclosed. From the beginning of my dealings with this company have been extremely difficult and frustrating. The employees that I’ve dealt with have been extremely rude bordering on discrimination. Due to their inefficiency, I was not allowed to properly close while purchasing a home. The employee was extremely rude and shoved papers at my and said sign or initial.
