I would just like to say that I personally would not recommend this place to anyone my mother is here now and she made multiple complaints about the service she is getting, she has been doin most of everything On her own as in showering getting up. trying to change her sheets ect. And I have been trying to to call the nurse desk and check on how she is doing and yesterday I called 11 times. Absolutely horrible, after open heart surgery my mom I felt was neglected at this facility-They would make her wait 20/30 minutes before taken her to bathroom And sometimes she would urinate on herself and be humiliated. She sat up a terrible UTI and complained about burning and they would not test her until they found blood in her urine. She did have one tech that was good to her there. I had her transferred after 13 days of this.
I have been working here for 5 years. Its a great place to work. We are family.
Absolutely terrible. My father was transferred there several days ago and his service has been nothing but terrible. No amount of phone calls or complaints does anything. Also, I have been trying to contact the president, Alex Paley, but the phone number listed doesn’t seem to work, how convenient. Do not send anyone here!
Understaffed or unconcerned or both. Don't bring your loved ones here.
