She made the time to set up a separate viewing for the property to work around our work schedule in the beginning, and contacted us the same night to encourage us to apply. We have rented a property through Janet for almost a year now, as soon as I met her in the first inspection I had a warm and friendly feeling about her. The next morning she gave me the call to say we had been accepted to rent the house. She had always been really helpful and thorough. If we have any questions she’s quick to answer and organise repairs. We have just signed another year lease and really happy and excited for the future.
