Capstone Plumbing came out to our barbershop to help us diagnose a larger plumbing project and take care of some leaky faucets and valves. From start to finish, they were professional, polite, and easy to work with. They handled the inevitable hiccups that come with a commercial business calmly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. We had a toilet leak last night and I called Capstone early this morning. I was told they’d arrive between 10-1, and they came at 11. Both of the workers were very affable and outgoing, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem. Highest rating.

Our hot water recirculating pump was not working. I called the office and Erica clearly explained Capstone’s process and pricing, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. Steve and Jason came out, installed a new pump, replaced the corroded flanges and stayed until I returned home to set up and explain the Grundfos app and its settings. Erica, Steve and Jason were all very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Capstone Plumbing!
