Thanks for taking care of us today! Ransom & his helper came in & checked the problems we were having with the plumbing, came up with solutions & suggestions & fixed what they could. I’m going to wait to fix one item & they are going to get a price on another item. I’m very please and I trust these guys to come into my house even if I wasn’t there.
Very professional and friendly.. Explain what they were doing and why. Willing to answer questions. Fixed my the tankless water heater issue. Mr Ransom Crowe did an excellent job.
Needed two faucets installed. Went ahead and took the opportunity to add a service contract for annual inspections and added on the water heater flush. The service contract adds a little peace of mind for existing aging plumbing and a discount on additional plumbing services should the need arise. Because I decided on the service contract, the discount was then applied to my installations, so that was nice. Ransom did a great job at communicating what he was doing. Explained the process of looking for the leak. He found the leak and gave further instructions on how to fix it as it wasn’t a plumbing issue. Very appreciative of the feedback and information.
