Great facility with awesome coaches! It’s very clean and well organized! Coach Derek and Coach Nicole are extremely cool and knowledgeable! Love working with them! Would recommend 100%!!
My daughter has been training at Capstone for about 6 months to both recover from an injury and get stronger overall. They provide both a fun and positive environment to train and improve. After her injury, training at Capstone really helped her to feel stronger and more confident going back into sports. I would recommend Capstone anyone that wants to reach their goals!
