Capstone’s Lacrosse training program has been the perfect way for our son to build his lax skills. Chad is a patient, thoughtful and encouraging coach. He brings a lot of energy every night and has a great connection with the kids. Definitely recommend this for kids that are looking to challenge themselves in the sport
Tony Grays lacrosse clinic is wonderful. They teach unique skills and strength training that will be extremely valuable during the lacrosse season.
Amazing experience for young lacrosse players. Noticeable improvement in the kids performance every class.
