I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to schedule an appointment. No one will answer the phone. I have called every location in Nashville and not one person answers. At this point this is ridiculous. Even when someone does answer they are rude and very unprofessional. WTH are they still in business. Every year I am made to change Doctors because they can't keep anyone on staff. I am so tired of changing doctors for my kids.
Poor customer service, very unorganized, and rude phone personel. They don't seem to have my child's best interest in mind or they would work with me and try to get me the proper forms ina timely manner so that my child can be treated!
