I have been contacting their office for days with no response. I have left several voicemails after several attempts to contact during their office hours. I just need to speak with someone concerning issues with the leasing office at my apartment complex- Foxcroft Apartments- who is owned by Capstone.
I’ve lived at several properties in the Knoxville and Oak Ridge areas managed by Capstone Multifamily Group, and unfortunately, they have consistently been some of the worst living experiences I’ve had. Across multiple locations, there seems to be a pattern of deferred maintenance and ongoing upkeep issues that never truly get resolved. Poor and unlawful housing conditions at one of their properties in Hickory NC. Unable to speak to anyone about the situation. No one will answer their phone. Have been without heat for the last 3+ weeks. On site property manager points the finger at this corporate mgmt company. Yet, still paying outrageous rent. Have been told that 4-5 other units at this same apt complex have been without heat for 8+ weeks.
