The customer service was extremely poor. The PA was rude and was not helpful in solving an in office issue. I was very disappointed with this visit and will not be returning. I only hope their elderly patients are treated with more patience and courtesy than I received. My husband had a similar experience with this same PA. Capstone has lost two loyal patients due to this unsatisfactory behavior.
Terrible customer service, staff doesn’t answer you call and if you leave a message you want get a call back. Don’t bother calling the office on a Friday, called several times and was shocked when someone answered, but she left me on hold for over 20 minutes and then hung up. I tried to give this office my business, but no longer. I will follow Candace Wooten, she had awesome bedside manner, she was the only reason I continued to return.

Its my brothers business. If you need a caring Dr. Capstone is the place to go. Try it you will love it.
