Excellent doctors and great services. Would like to mention Dr.Ragulan, and Dr Dian for myself and my wife. Great Doctors!
Won’t be going here again. Had to make 2 separate appointments with 2 different GP’s over Telehealth to get a simple referral, and even then I had to follow up multiple times for either of the GP’s to actually send it. They just had both of my referrals sitting in an outbox and told me they’d send it straight away (it took nearly 2 weeks for them to hit send).
TERRIBLE CLINIC SEEN 3 DOCTORS THAT DO NOT CARE FOR THE PATIENTS WELFARE, MISTAKES WERE MADE AND BRUSHED OF AS NOT IMPORTANT. OBVIOUSLY PUT PROFIT OVER CARE THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF TREATING PATIENTS LIKE THIS. BEWARE IF YOU TAKE YOUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY GO ELSEWHERE, MISDIAGNOSED AND THEY DENIED ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. FRONT DESK STAFF ARE RUDE, INSENSITIVE AND OUTRIGHT DISRESPECTFUL.
BULK BILLING SPLASHED ACROSS THE WALLS IN ADVERTISING BUT REFUSED TO BILK BILL MEDICARE, A CLINIC THAT IS ABOUT PROFITS OVER PATIENTS WELFARE. DOCTORS TAKE HIPPOCRATIC OATH/DECLARATION OF GENEVA BUT REALISTICALLY ONLY WANT MONEY AND PROFITS WITH REPEAT VISITS AND NO RESULTS. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON THEY BECOME DOCTORS NOWADAYS, ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. ZERO SYMPATHY FOR PEOPLE ON STRUGGLE STREET, NO ROOM AT THIS CLINIC FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE FALLEN ON TOUGH TIMES.
