I am writing to share my experience with Capstone Industries, connected. I ordered a full-length mirror in 1.2024. I paid $399 for the mirror with shipping. FedEx said that the item was delivered on 1.13. I never received the mirror. I tried to contact the company & wasn’t able to reach anyone. I left numerous messages on the customer service line. I received their pictured product as a Christmas gift yesterday (12/30/23) and when I went to the Google App Store on my Android phone, the app listed on their packaging is not there. No other information is available about it there. So, then I try to download it from the Apple Store on my wife's phone, and it gave this message "this app is not available in your country" (which I've also attached a screenshot of). I bought 5 Gooseneck Lantern Lights at ***** and they are rarely on with other lights on overnight. Now only 2 work. LED lights are usually warranted for 5 years and I very disappointed that the they are so bad. If Capstone Industry has good character, they would have simple replacement LED and driver. Also, the light in the sun faded much more than everything else in the area.

Purchased 7 LED Outdoor Gooseneck Lantern. Claims bulb life rating is at 30,000 hours ...Ive changed out one after 3-6 hours of use & now have a second one gone bad after approximately 80hours of use . Luckily Capestone Industries does not sell this item anymore because they're junk from Sams Club & made in China.... but for me ill have to replace all fixtures to keep them matching :(

I called customer service on Thursday or Fri last week and spoke to a lady by the name of Sheena and explained the problem I had with one of there lighting systems. She listened attentively , asked a few questions and said she thought she knew the problem and said that she could help. Well I said thank you and hung up and was very pleasantly surprised to get the part I needed to fix the problem. Now I know why Capstone is so good when they have such great people.
