It's almost pathetic how many seemingly fake/new profiles are leaving 5 star reviews with next to no reviews under their belt. This company literally was a bait and switch scam; they stole approximately $4,000 when we backed out prior to them starting to build anything. Horrible business practices. they made so many promises verbally, once it came time for them to put it in writing they pulled the "well this is our standard contract; everything else we'll put into an addendum for you shortly" and go figure; they didn't. We stumbled across a model of there's called the Juliet. We told a our sales person Kevin that we liked a lot of things about the house but it didn't have everything on our want list. Lots wrong,sump pump does was not installed right,heating pipes in the garage freeze in the winter,cracked molding throughtout the house,garage floor cracked,back door needs painting,bathroom floor squeeks,kithen cabinet needs repair,I am being ignored,they never return my calls,besides no ceiling light in bedroom,5ft backdoor,I was told we were getting 6ft.etc.etc
