Capstone was the builder on a home that our buyer was purchasing. We were the mortgage company. Emily Schlater was our contact over there and she was AWESOME! She was very prompt to answer our questions and emails that we sent, and documents from them was NOT one of the things we had an issue with! Josh (don't remember his last name) was also very helpful. Everyone that we contacted there for information was prompt in their reply and very helpful. Thank you guys for a great closing!
