We just had our 1 yr warranty walk through. Phil was awesome, he fixed a small handful of items that he had tools for, scheduled a service call for nail pops etc. All in all we are VERY happy with the quality of our home after a year and would recommend Capstone to anyone who asks.

We built back in 2022, Troy and Phil in warranty have been nothing but the best. They took over a few months after we built and they’ve been amazing! They definitely take care of the people who build and care what your concerns are!

Capstone home warranty dept has stood behind everything...they have quickly resolved any issues we have had including having to put in sod twice because there were major drainage issues. I am sure this was not inexpensive, but they made it right for us. Troy, the manager, is very responsive. Phil is the do it all and knows it all guy. He has walked us through our house, answered all of our questions and fixed all our little issues. He is great and Capstone is lucky to have him. Our location is awesome!
