I’m a military combat veteran and Christian, and I do not recommend Capstone homes. Find another builder. I was charged extra fees even though my inspector found that part of the roof could fly off and he recommended an engineer come in. Capstone had to fix it. Why would a company as wealthy as Capstone need extra money? The part of roof that was still exposed was Very Poorly built for a company whose sole purpose is building homes. We built an on-your-lot custom home with Capstone. The process was smooth and the home is phenomenal. Great people to work with.
We are in the process of building a home with Capstone in Millsboro at the Citation Meadows neighborhood. We are currently at the phase after confirming all of our selections and waiting for them to break ground. The entire team and process has been awesome so far.
