It’s over 5 years we have been in our house in Milton. The house that Capstone built is excellent . We had some issues in the beginning with the landscaping but eventually were solved. There are no stress cracks anywhere. We have a heat pump whereas the insulation and walls are so good that our electrical bill is on the low side. We don’t hear noise from the outside. We purchased our house five years ago and we are still loving it! The whole experience was great we really liked being able to change whatever especially bumping our great room out four feet.
