My first experience purchasing new construction was, as my realtor foretold, not unpleasant. Very pleased due to the efforts of two Capstone professionals Sarah M. (our salesperson) and Mike M. Great company and experts on building customized homes in the Delaware Beach area. I recommend them all the time and they did a terrific job on my home. They allow you to meet with a drafter to make plan changes and have a showroom so many options that they price for you real time. terrific program and quality homes.
We could not have picked a better builder. They have the very best customer service of anyone we have interacted with. Their staff is exceptional! In addition to the very best customer service the quality of the home is outstanding. Today is our one year anniversary and in the whole house we have one drywall nail that is starting to come through. No cracks or other settlement issues. I’m a military combat veteran and Christian, and I do not recommend Capstone homes. Find another builder. I was charged extra fees even though my inspector found that part of the roof could fly off and he recommended an engineer come in. Capstone had to fix it. Why would a company as wealthy as Capstone need extra money? The part of roof that was still exposed was Very Poorly built for a company whose sole purpose is building homes.
