Great builder and experience as an agent working with Seth!
Just got done with my 1 year warranty fix. Although no major fixes to be made, the minor ones were promptly fixed. The capstone technician they sent was punctual, caring/understanding. They were very nice and thoroughly explained the fixing process throughout their visit. For a first time homebuyer, it helped a lot to hear how to take care of your house. Highly recommend Capstone.
We have owned a Waterstone II from Capstone Homes since 2022. When we first started considering building a new home, Capstone Homes quickly rose to the top.
