I had the fantastic opportunity to work with Matt Lubratt, an exceptional sales counselor who made my home-buying journey truly enjoyable! His regular updates with weekly photos of my new build kept me excited. He was really patient and took the time to answer all my questions as a first-time homebuyer, which I truly appreciated! I used a realtor, but the Capstone rep we worked with was excellent. The entire process from offer to closing was smooth, well organized and thoughtful. If and when it's time another move Capstone will be top on that list!
My wife and I bought our home in Forest Lake and had the pleasure with working with Ryan. The experience was phenomenal! He was always available to answer my questions and even got back to me while on paternity leave. He was clear, didn’t try to upsell, and really did a great job. He was also patient which is a huge factor for me as I will not hesitate to withhold business from a company if they are impatient with me and my many questions. I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but my frustration with this experience compels me to share. This is my third new construction home, and my second with Capstone. I had hoped this time would differ from my previous experience over a decade ago, but unfortunately, it has only gotten worse. Let’s start with the quality: the builder-grade shortcuts are painfully evident.
