Not a customer, but they did work on a building a worked in a while ago. They made those months hellacious. They routinely blocked entry to the employee parking lot and would do things like complain that WE were in the way when us employees would come in and out of the building to work. Routinely was late 10-15 minutes because I would have to find my own parking.
