GHOULISH! Shortly after a death in the family, these people sent an UNSOLICITED LETTER asking me to sell them my house! THE NERVE! IF (and that's a very big if) I eventually sell, I will make DAMN SURE I DON'T SELL TO THESE GHOULS!
