We had a tree fall on a rental house of ours during a bad wind storm in January and our insurance company referred Capstone as an approved contractor to perform the task of putting the house back together. We called them the day after and they got back to us immediately. They returned ALL of our calls during the repair process immediately and always kept us informed of the process and the work being performed and were very helpful in our dealings with the insurance process. I have called Capstone on two occasions after experiencing floods from outside water, and not covered by my insurance. They are a great company; professional, came out right away, excellent communication before, during and following the process. A big shout out to MARIO and GARY who went beyond the call of duty to help me through this disaster. They also helped advise me on what to do to assure that this issue is addressed for good! I came home from summer vacation to a dishwasher that had flooded the kitchen and basement. Within 24 hours of my call, Capstone (Don) came over and started the drying process. We had a fair number of obstacles, but I was impressed with innovative solutions from Adam. In the end, all the final details were fixed and my kitchen looks ever better than before the flood! I wish there were six-star ratings available! We experienced some flooding as a result of a broken waterpipe and the subsequent insurance restoration. From my first contact with Adam, to the final phone call with JR, we have been impressed with every team member of Capstone. Capstone Construction is still practicing this: I left negative reviews online, on my FB, on Google etc. They sent a letter to us threatening to charge us a $100.00 a day if we and our friends do not delete the negative reviews. They stated it was on their contract that we signed. It was during an emergency, our basement was flooded. We called Capstone and as I had the phone on speaker, I asked what the cost would be if they came to pump the water out. I was told since its after hours, it would be $90.00 an hour.
