The sales representative for "the Cottages" at Cypress Cay (Tampa Area) was excellent. Her name is Abbigail Kreisher. Not pushy but very informative and friendly. We were impressed with the new rental housing they had. Very attractive, new and well designed. We are looking for a relative who will need a place to rent such as they provide. Based on the sales representative we found this to be the best of the places we looked at.

Truly the worst local management contacts at actual college apartments. College students recruit & entice other students to sign “application” without insuring student understands what said “application” really is. NEVER RENT a property managed by this group.
