My partner Kate and I commenced our relationship with Capstone Caravans in April 2022. Victor was very helpful and professional and we proceeded with our order for a H5 which was delivered in August 2022. Like all vans there were minor issues that needed fine tuning/repair which were all done promptly, 100 % to our satisfaction. I purchased our H5 caravan back in May, and to say I am happy with it is an understatement. I’ve taken it to the Victorian High Country a couple of times as well (as the odd caravan park) all without a hiccup, and already have a few more planned for the new year. Victor was very pleasant to deal with, and anything I asked for/about was not an issue for him, even when it came to after sales service. I would recommend one of these vans to anyone, and am more than happy to drop his name anytime someone talks to me about mine.
We purchased our H3 not long ago, the inclusions for the price we could not beat anywhere else. Victor was very easy to deal with throughout the process and any questions we had he knew his product well and had the answers. I have good confidence in the back up service if it should ever be required as Victor mentioned he is not out to sell a million vans more tring to keep a good quality product and happy customers.
