Worst company lacks accountability. Impossible to get a hold of. Called for years to get my ceiling fixed that they left a hole in for installing faulty pipes in my home.They lied and said they would could back 3 Years later I still have a hole in my ceiling and they said it's my fault. I should have kept trying to get in contact with them. Even though they told me the would get the job done. Told it was my fault I didn't have them get it done when they were here. We bought a new home with Capshaw at the end of 2022. On August 10, we started to have septic back-ups septic everywhere on the first floor. Capshaw and his vendor agreed it was our fault because they saw the biomass at the tank's surface, and it was grease. Southside Septic charged us $400 to change a filter [It is not a joke. Cheap products. Seam in granite right in the middle of sink. Put in first year warranty several time never fix the problem. The quality is not what you expect for price they are asking.

"RUN" is my recommendation! The workmanship is the worst I have ever seen. Simply awful! Capshaw has not been eager to fix their mistakes on a new construction home. The landscaping was a complete joke, and they refused to correct it. The plants are sick because of improper installation. (See photos) If I don't fix it myself, the plants will die. The septic was not working for an entire year. I had to complain multiple times before it was fixed -- a year later -- after it started backing up. In my opinion, Capshaw will stall... read more
