Purchasing a home from capshaw was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. This is a warning…. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT purchase a home from the builder. The home materials are crap, and they hire anybody to install material. In my house on two months with an hvac issue, plumbing issue and discovered that my roof does not have any felt on it, the shingles are turn, and the flashing is bent. Please if yall don't want to waste your money on what should be a n investment, your home, don't use these ppl to build your home. So untrustworthy. Homes are thrown just together. They'll use the cheapest materials possible. They would not use materials needed in the home building process. Worst company lacks accountability. Impossible to get a hold of. Called for years to get my ceiling fixed that they left a hole in for installing faulty pipes in my home.They lied and said they would could back 3 Years later I still have a hole in my ceiling and they said it's my fault.
