Very pricy place, went for replacing flat tube, a quite new and barely used kid bike, they charged $28 even didn't do any work yet, a few days later they asked to have other unnecessary repair or adjustment for over $200! Feel like they are grabbing your money from your pocket. So took my bike away without any repair done and paid $28 for nothing from them, should give them 0 star review if there was!
Although not as good as the main location, this branch has enjoyable staff and has a general layout of bikes but feels like a downgrade from the location in New Westminster.
I purchased my son's first bike here this week and the service was excellent. They had the model I was looking for in stock and had it ready for me within the hour for pick-up. The store manager even waited for me after regular business hours to pick up the bike since I could not make it their during their regular business hours. I definitely would buy another bike here! Thank Cap's!
