Terrible. Its almost like they are experimenting! My husband and I tried out supercuts because they did not require an appointment and also, because it seemed more economical for a trim. However, both haircuts were terrible. The stylist was distracted, would not listen and the end result was disastrous. My hair had been cut in an uneven way---when I went to another salon, the stylist there recommended that the first should swear off scissors! Great haircuts I been going to Supercuts for 10 years now. Always get good haircuts and friendly service. I really like there call ahead service where you call and let them know you are on the way. Then you don't sit there waiting too long. Only negative comment is you might be able to find cheaper cuts elsewhere.
