We have been going to Cap's Place for 20 plus years; likely dozens of times. We've always had a very nice experience. This night after waiting 45 minutes for our entrees, they were all brought cold. We asked for the manager and instead got the owner who came up to the table and said in a very challenging voice "I heard you don't like the food'" She then proceeded to take our plates away and told us we could leave. A unique experience. The food was delicious, but expensive, especially since they don't give you the biggest portions. The menu is limited, not that that is a bad thing. The boat ride over was cool, and it was neat to eat in a historic restaurant. The staff was great as well.

I'm getting married today and I cant get it out of my head that your hostess was so blatantly rude to me. Not just rude but down right disgusting to me. At 915 last night, Friday, I called as we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for the ferry. This horrible woman told me that they were closed, and I asked are you sure?
