Love it!!
So interesting. You could only get there by their boat accommodation which was an adventure in itself. The Captain was entertaining, the ride was pleasant & picturesque. Our first stop was the bar. It was so antiquated. The entrance doors reminded me of the doors on a phone booth...tight! Then we entered the restaurant which was exactly as described. The food was perfect! Service was excellent. The prices are comparable with the amazing atmosphere. Well worth it for a special occasion.
Way overpriced for 6 undersized overcooked shrimp. Also the 20 nix for a heats of palm salad slathered with mayo wad another once only selection to add to the n novelty food memory section . Bland watery shrimp scampi. Also the surly boat captain set a very negative tone for my night out. Both trips marred by uncalled for rudeness No restaurant should greet its guests with hostility but that's what I got. Ok, caps ,check,.next. Never going back. Booths were rocky and hard to get in and out of, but antique is a big part of the ambiance.
