Terrible terrible monsters work in this place! After 3 visits for the same problem they want to charge full price for the 4th when it's their negligence that caused the problem to reoccur in the first place and when I'm crying worried for my cat I get screamed at to calm down! Not in a nice way either. Do not ever go here!
Absolutely the most outstanding, excellent, wonderful service I have ever had in 45 years. Staff sets the bar for Excellence! I thank you all for your service. Thank you for the fair price. Missed my pets appt in Clovis due to illness. Next availability anywhere was 3 weeks to month out. You guys could give a class on efficiency, service, and care to many in this area. I thank you very much will be back. And thanks as well in protection and safety in the corona arena as well. You are the BEST.
I wish I could give them no stars. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place. We recently to our fur baby to them with an emergency situation. Our dog was starving but wouldn't eat, wouldn't drink. Tried hand feeding, he couldn't hold anything down. He was able to get some water by licking ice cubes out of my hand. They refused to do anything because the Vet, an animal DOCTOR, wouldn't come in.
