Referred to see this office about having my wisdom teeth taken out. Showed up on time but waited in lobby for over an hour before they could bring me back. Took new panoramic x-ray despite the fact that I brought one with me and have access to a superior image. They then had me watch a 15 minute video obviously made in 1983 full of information and potential complications no where near as comprehensive as the information already seen through private research.
