Unfortunately, most people are stuck with this insurance due to their employers. This is a self-funded insurance group for employers, so the employer only has to pay for the actual claims, instead of projected claims. Like others have said, most providers have not heard of this insurance, their website is COMPLETELY outdated, you must have authorization for EVERYTHING even though it's a PPO plan, and often you pay more than the plan does.
