I have bragged on both locations. My grandson was treated numerous times in Bryan and I was so impressed. Then I had a fall and went to. Bryan and received excellent care. It all when south on Thursday. I went it that morning. I was called back before finishing the paperwork. I was not able to write. I couldn’t read what I was writing. I could hardly walk I was so unstable. No wheelchair offered. The nurse was very kind to reassure me he had just started there but had been a nurse for years. (I didn’t ask him). I almost lost my husband from a heart attack because he was misdiagnosed. He was suffering chest pain that turned out to be the widowmaker heart attack. I shared my concerns with Dr. Brady , I felt they weren’t doing enough testing and wanted him transferred to a hospital. He was sent home for acid reflux and told him to put ice for pain and take Tylenol.

I can’t recommend CapRock 24-Hour ER more! I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days, went to the Express Care across the street, and was recommended to seek an ER for diagnostics on July 4th. I called several ERs in the area to ask about wait times and prices. I called CapRock and was blown away at how sweet they were on the phone (both times I called) and how they had no wait time. Excellent!!! Very clean, very professional, caring, excellent communication and listening to patient’s needs and questions. All of staff was friendly and very very caring.
