We went here a few days ago and got hooked on the American Cheesesteak sub. Service was great all 3 times, prior to getting Ilene yesterday, a very unhappy manager. I don't need to describe her you will know who I'm speaking of. She is the manager, but does not help her crew. The other day we watched her stand back, while the employee up front was on the phone, and there was a line at the register. I had the cold Italian sub. No mayo No mustard. Bread was just OK….i was disappointed.
I bought the Homemade Turkey sandwich. The sandwich barely had any turkey meat in it. I would estimate it was probably 3 teaspoons on a medium sandwich. The bread was very tough and stale tasting. I had never eaten one of their sandwiches and looked forward to trying one. Very disappointed, will never go again. Almost 15 dollars spent for nothing. The location was a new store located in Ontario, CA near the Staters BROTHERS plaza. Save your money and go elsewhere.
