Love the cheestakes from here. Can't believe I waited so long to get a sandwich from here. My new favorite spot close to work. Come out to El Dorado hills so I can eat capriotti's more often.

I’m just gonna leave this here… THIS SANDWICH CHANGED ME. 🥪 The Bobbie is no longer the Bobbie, put some respect on his government name: ROBERT. This sandwich was assembled with intention, discipline, and possibly a certification. Not a crumb out of place. Every bite felt like it went through quality control and passed with honors. Capriotti’s didn’t just feed me, they altered my personality. I will be back, and I will be ordering Robert again. Repeatedly. No regrets. 🤌 P.s. The only thing missing was gravy...
Had to stop in late at night. 10 minutes before closing. Trust me, I know how it can be distracting to serve while cleaning, BUT, absolutely no problem getting my order filled. Kind and friendly crew, clean environment and tightly run as it didn’t take long to get my order. Even at 8:50pm on a Thursday night, I was served faster than most in the drive thru next door.
