The sad which was good but greasy, the bathroom was very dirty and disgusting. It looked like it has not been deep cleaned in months

Amazing! The Wagyu French Dip was a 100/10. It was my first time here, and the staff was so sweet and friendly. The place was also super clean.
Best selection of vegetarian sandwiches around! You can get turkey, a Philly, even a chicken Philly! And of course their traditional meat based subs are excellent as well. The French dip is especially delicious, but try a hot bobbi if you haven't already.
