Today, 6/13/25, is Capriotti's 49th birthday. Too bad it's not a happy one for rewards member customers. I called to place an order and use the 4.90$ small sandwich reward for the "birthday." I was informed that Middletown Capriotti's is out of rolls. Nice so now I have a useless 4.90$ small sandwich reward I can't use. Good job Capriotti's. The sandwich was really good. The atmosphere is just a "no". It's a kitchen, period. Service. Yeah. It was about a 5 minute wait to place. When the sandwich was ready, it was literally tossed to me on to the counter. Personality of a brick.
Ordered a French dip sandwich and sandwich was cold and did not put the au ju dip with the sandwich that’s the whole purpose of that kind of sandwich is its supposed to come with the au ju it’s basically a cold cheesesteak if I wanted a cheesesteak I would have ordered one… my wife ordered a Bobbie and said the stuffing tasted very old and nasty she said it’s making her feel sick…will not be returning here again
Horrible customer service, not sure who the cook was however he was rude and I did not want that energy in my food so I cancelled my order. The manager witnessed it and did not correct him. When I got a steak previously the oil was not drained and it was greasy and soggy! A misrepresentation of a Philly steak! I asked him to drain the grease and he responded he could not I told him I would show him and he told me he wasn't doing all of that! So returning I shall not.
