Rarely make my order right. Ask for a Bobbie with no cranberry sauce and extra mayo. Got cranberry sauce and very little mayo. Previous time. I asked for a Bobbie and wanted it made again with no cranberry sauce and extra mayo. Got fresh turkey, cheese, tomato, and lettuce. Fresh turkey and mayo was the only thing right.
Visiting from Florida, Capriotti's was recommended as making great sandwiches, glad we went, a spot on recommendation!
I ordered over the phone and I HAVE to say the young lady needs to be trained more thoroughly and taught phone etiquette. She wasn't rude or anything let me say that also. When I arrived the staff was playing music that was very very inappropriate for a work atmosphere that EVERYONE who was in the store could hear, because it was very vulgar. one of the worse locations i’ve ever been to. NEVER make the sandwiches right even when you order it exactly how it comes and the staff is rude.
