When I ordered I expressed that I’m from South Philadelphia and have been looking for almost 5 years for a local hoagie shop. I chose the Union location since they were the original! I was pleased when I found out the turkey is carved off the bone rather than processed! I ordered close to 5pm. The ham hoagie was fine. It was for my husband who couldn’t care less! The subs are delicious and huge. Too many crushed hot peppers but still was a good sub.
