Website sucks
I have been searching for a good Cheese steak and finally found it here! So I ordered one on Saturday then again on Sunday. One by calling the order through the app so they didn't know who I was.. anyways both times exceeded my expectations. Moist, flavorful, delicious and satisfying! Not only that both experiences customer service was great as far as welcomed when entered and maintained a happy uplifting attitude.
They have great sandwiches. We are never disappointed. The place is clean and appears well organized. Staff is friendly, prompt, courteous and patient. The service is quick.
I ordered online but for some reason they cancelled my order. The text said they were unable to fill my order. But it did not stop them from taking the money out of my account. Then they said the charge should be removed within 3 days. Why did they charge me if the order was cancelled by them? I reordered at the store before I saw the text that they had already charged me for the cancelled order. Now I have 2 charges. Very disappointed.
Sandwiches cost alot but there is barely a couple small pieces of meat ! Used to be good not anymore ! Wont be back
