If I could give 0, I would. We waited over 30 minutes before we canceled our eat in order. Others were waiting 40 to 50 minutes. As they were trying to refund our purchase, a cook said my half my order was among 9 sandwiches sitting on the counter. It was only half my order of 2 sandwiches. The cashier had no idea what any of the sandwiches stacked up were. I also noted that the last sandwich added was over 10 minutes previously. Understaffed restaurant Incompetent owner or manager sitting in office leaving operational duties to 1 person. Sandwiches being made out of order and incomplete. Crew member definitely overwhelmed. Waiting 20-25 minutes for a small cold turkey sandwich seems inefficient at best. The people behind us waited at least 30 minutes for Sandwiches in an empty store. Very un" cappriotis" like. Horrible experience. 0 stars out of 5
Ordered online arrived 25-30 minutes later and order was not ready. Hadn’t even started. Just annoying to order online and not have it ready.
We didn't get any food after 30 minutes, some people had been waiting for 40 minutes. There were sandwiches on the counter but they didn't know who they belonged to. At least 5 people walked out without getting their food. Do not recommend.
