Really expected a much better experience than what we got. Sandwich was just ok. They should serve it on a plate rather than ? square feet of oversized wrapping paper...ridiculous. It was like having a picnic rather than lunch in a restaurant. The noise from moving metal chairs around was so annoying too. Super high ceilings in this place made it feel like you were having a bite to eat in a garage. Really people, we all can do better than this.
Great sandwich shop. Plenty of choices. Tons of options including vegetaria, salads, and specialty sandwiches.
Love this place, Capistrami and The Bobbie are my favorites

If I could give 0, I would. We waited over 30 minutes before we canceled our eat in order. Others were waiting 40 to 50 minutes. As they were trying to refund our purchase, a cook said my half my order was among 9 sandwiches sitting on the counter. It was only half my order of 2 sandwiches. The cashier had no idea what any of the sandwiches stacked up were. I also noted that the last sandwich added was over 10 minutes previously.
