I wish I was exaggerating but It took me from the time I got my receipt to the time I got out the door 39 minutes for one sandwich, no where to wait for your food which causes you to sit at the tables, and of course that means when they call out your name...you don't hear it and your hot sandwich sits on the counter in a brown bag with no name on it and turns into a cold sandwich but hey I already waited 30 minutes I might as well wait the 9 and have them make it all over again.
