Delicious sandwiches, excellent customer service.
We’re visiting LV and have seen the chain all around town so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the club and the Italian. The club was good, but the turkey was really dry and there was way too much mayo. The Italian was also good, but definitely needs oil and vinegar. Not terrible, but room for improvement.
Best steak subs ever
Capriotti's has gone downhill over the last few years. I used to really enjoy going there and I would try to make it be once per month or so. The last three times I've went there I have been sort of disappointed. The price is higher than I remember every time, and the sandwich taste and quality has went down by about 20%. So overall about a 40% reduction in experience all considered. I try to be very fair with my ratings considering that the price of food has gone up a lot and I understand businesses constraints.
