22$ for a cold sandwich definitely not worth it
Employee's do not recognize their own company's orders on an their app. They literally asked about confirming on my end, when it's not possible due to their app. The employee's need to be retrained.
Soggy fries that taste like old oil. Afraid to open my sandwich.
I just walked in and the person behind the counter was visibly upset that I walked in to order food. I love Capriottis and do not like the fact this location is either under staffed or hires miserable people.
This place sucks, too much money for a dirty place that offers crap food.
