I accidentally ordered from the wrong Capriotti’s location—about 30 minutes away from me—and there was no way I had time to drive there and back. By the time I realized my mistake, they had already made our $50 order of sandwiches. When the employee told me they were ready, I just felt sick! I asked the very kind woman on the phone (I think her name was Trish) if she could give the sandwiches to a homeless person instead. She told me this Capriotti’s is near a shelter and said she would drop them off on her break. How awesom... read more
