Service is great, but the sandwich was gross. There’s no mayonnaise on my sandwich. Very little ..usually a sandwiches come with mayonnaise on it. My sandwich is so dry. It’s very unpleasant.
LOL @ the basalmic chicken salad. I thought it would look like the picture with the spring mix, but instead they just used the shredded lettuce for the salad! This was a pick up to go order, so I would’ve appreciated a notice if they ran out of spring mix or something so I could’ve changed my order. Normally I’d be like whatever, but this was for my laboring wife in the hospital who refused to eat it, so we called and they said they would refund the $13. It’s been a week and no refund yet. I've loved Caps for years. Found them in Vegas in 2005. The location in Granite Bay is NOT NORMAL. Cheesesteaks and peppers are not choped and diced. Can tell the Cheesesteak is cooked from folded layers it was cooked so poorly. I will give the new Rancho Cordova on Sunrise Blvd 1 chance to redeem the chain or im out. $32 for this Cheesesteak is a JOKE!.
The hot Bobbie is ranked as one of the best sandwiches in the United States by USA today. If you like the Thanksgiving type of sandwich, I highly recommend getting this. It is the best I’ve ever had. The difference is in the turkey. It is not deli, turkey or sliced turkey. They literally roast butterball turkeys on site and pull/shred the meet off just like at thanksgiving!
Newer (idk how to spell his name lol) said he made the best dang meatball sub he's ever made for me. I give it a 4.5 out of 5. Only hit was the both wrappers had sauce on the outside & the peppers might not have been the sweet peppers but other than that SOLID meatball broski well done !!
