Capriotti's in Reno is always fast and delicious. Dined in today, waited 40 minutes for sandwiches. Place is extremely understaffed for a Saturday afternoon. Finished all Uber eats orders before the 5 tables that were waiting for food.

First time going and absolutely love it!
I’m writing this review as I wait for my food…. This place is incredibly slow. Waiting 25 minutes for a sandwich. I don’t know why? What really made me mad, was that people after me were getting their sandwich before me…. Came here about a year ago and had a LONG wait. Thought I’d try again, guess this place is just terribly slow at making food. Oh and just heard that they “burnt” my sandwich. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
