They gave us half of a large fry and half of a large soup. I feel like I’m being Pranked with the half portions of side orders. It doesn’t seem to make sense. This place is hit or miss and it’s a MISS for me.
The grilled Italian here is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever have, which is quite impressive for a chain. Since Capriottis is gone from my hometown, it was nice to get to enjoy one while on the road. Store was also clean and staff was affable. Highly recommend a visit or a stop!
As soon as I walked in the empty store door I was treated rudely! I am a 58 year old professional male. I was planning on ordering lunch for me and my family. I wanted to used the bathroom first because of my enlarged prostate and was also waiting for my son to come in so we could order together. I was rudely treated right off that bat. Amazing service!!
Restaurant very clean and the staff was friendly. Jennifer came out to check on us as we dined in to see if everything was to our liking. Will return!
