After a recent attempted order, I am finished with Capriotti’s. I only kept returning for the food (which has declined in past years). However, I refuse to spend my money at a place that when I call, the telephone is placed on the counter for over 10 minutes. The newer, younger employees say, “hello, may I help you, and thank you”.
